Author Mukul Kumar's latest work 'Arzoo Arshan' is a psycho-romantic thriller that will take you on a mysterious journey to uncover the deepest human emotions of revenge, obsession, love and lust through a gripping and exciting tale. The story revolves around Arshan who with his childhood friend Shourya is doing research in biochemistry at the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai. Arshan with his natural charm and good looks loves to trap innocent girls and often boast about his skills to his bestfriend Shourya. But his claim of not falling in love with anyone shatters into million pieces when he falls in love with Aarzoo, a small town parshi girl who wants to be a model. To forget this girl Arshan prepares a potion that he claims can cure love.
To know what happened next you have to go through this exciting story.
I liked the way the author has tried to experiment with the romantic theme. The writing style and narration is good and engaging. The cover page beautifully presents the theme of the fiction. Its less than 100 pages long fiction and I felt the complexity was missing. But overall, it was a fascinating experience. I give it 3.5 stars for the story, writing style and overall presentation.
