Author- Ravinder Kaur
Genre- Self-Help
Format- Paperback
Year-2020

Ravinder Kaur's latest work 'Positive Alphabets of Life' is a captivating alternative of typical self-help books. It primarily focuses on the basic things that one should change in his/her life to make it better. The book's premise seems simple: If you want to change your life, you have to start from the very beginning, much like childhood days when we use to learn the basics of ABC, this work too focuses on the basics, the ABC of life. With wisdom and gentle humor, Ravinder has beautifully presented in her work the secrets of a successful and happy life.

To get to a life worth living, the book suggests a path of self exploration and mindfullness. It also promotes values like kindness, gratitude and provides useful suggestions on areas such as positive attitude, behavior, courage, determination, focus, leadership, Happiness, trust and many more. At the end of each chapter there is an interesting parable, much like the parables we used to read in our childhood. These parables makes it easier to understand retain the learning for a longer period of time.

What I personally loved the most in this particular work is the short and crisp manner of presentation and the way author has explained the profound truths of life with an unique touch of simplicity. It was a delightful read. I liked the way author Ravinder has contained her focus on quality of the work and not on the quantity of pages. It is a short but effective read.

Overall, it was a lovely experience going through this amazing work. In the midst of lockdown if you are for a good and effective self help book and if you an impatient reader who prefers simple and easily understandable work, then you should definitely go for this book. I highly recommend it.

Happy Reading
