Format-Paperback
Rating- 5/5 stars

The very first word that I uttered right after finishing the first few chapters of this book was WOW!!The Book is undoubtedly one of its kind and it is a must read for 2020. Author Simran Bhui has waved this book with much care and precision which is reflected in the writing style, which is appealing, interesting and entertaining at the same time. The conversational tone coupled with the perfect use of humour heightens the reading experience to a far greater level.

For the first time in my life I have come across such a self-help book which actually focuses on the activity part. The carefully designed tasks are given to inculcate the optimistic ideas into the hearts of the readers for a healthy and happy state of mind. The author has transformed the book from merely a written document to a living human being who guides the readers like a teacher though their journey towards a more happy and satisfied life.

The Easy and lucid language of this book is quite helpful for everyone to understand and interpret the meaning easily. The Book is written in such a manner that people with less command over English can also read and understand it.

Divided in 10 weeks the Book focuses on the various aspects of human character and psyche like Fear, Judgement, The Inner Critic, Emotions, Confidence, Creativity to name a few.All this book demands from the readers is to treat it as a person and follow whatever it tells them to do. Also, one needs to maintain the regularity in reading to get the most out of the book.

There was not a single chapter which was out of order, the book is designed in a very systematic manner, the book will make you laugh, force you to think, challenge you and most importantly, guide your thorugh the path of achieving happiness by providing some really useful insights. The creative cover page perfectly suits the book and the cover design by Prutha Kulkarni is beautifully done.

I absolutely loved this book.I give this book 5 out of 5 stars because it deserves 5 star.I would not only recommend it to everyone but also encourage you to gift it to your near and dear ones so that they can go thorugh it and lead a more happy and satisfied life.
