But though looks strong in conviction from the outside, Prithvi is actually fighting the inner turmoil which is going on inside his mind. The past memories, secrets, failures are eating him up from the inside.

Will they be able to save the humankind from this impending danger?? To go the answers you have to go through the work.

My Views

I absolutely loved the concept of taking the myths and retold them with a modern approach. With her brilliant writing style and beautiful narration Krishna Udayasankar has created one of the best works of her writing career. The book successfully creates an air of suspense and keep the readers glued to the plot from the very first chapter till the last. The Plot runs in a medium pace and it is full of twists and turns to heighten the reading experience.

As far as the character construction is concerned, the author has created each and every character with much detail..Whether it is the character of Aditi or Prithvi or the discussions among prithvi and Bhima, all are carefully constructed.

The cover designed by Meena Rajasekaran is absolutely fantastic and the black and red contrast perfectly supports the theme of the novel.

Overall, I have enjoyed this novel and give it 4 stars for the amazing storyline, narration and presentation.

Happy Reading
