Life in a Pinch by Tavleen Bhatia is a beautiful compilation of stories on various Indian herbs and spices. The beauty of this work lies in the writers association with each and every story. She has beautifully explained how these herbs and spices not only gives variety and flavour in one's food but also in his/her life. I particular liked the way she has simply explained everything from examples taken from her own life experience. The quality of the pages as well as the beautiful pictures heightens the reading experience to a great extent.
I give this book 3 stars and recommend this book for young childrens who can learn the basic life values from this book.
